





Pamela Gray and Jason Culler, two rivals for the District 8 seat on the Miami-Dade commission to be vacated by Commissioner Katy Sorenson, officially ended their campaigns Tuesday and endorsed Palmetto Bay Mayor Eugene Flinn for the position.
Gray, who was appointed by Sorenson to the Miami-Dade Planning Advisory Board and served as president of the Redland's Citizens Association, said Flinn represents her values.
